Doing These 5 Things LEADS to Better Health

Here are 5 tips (in an easy to remember acronym) that can help LEAD you to an improved level of health. 

L – Lose Weight if you are overweight or obese.
E – Exercise at least 20 minutes per day most days of the week.
A – Alcohol in moderation (or not at all).

S – Stop Smoking (if you currently smoke).
