Gratefulness is good for our health

Research has show that feeling grateful is good for us. It gives a boost to our immune system, contributes to a positive outlook on life and helps to improve our level of happiness.  Everyone experiences ups and downs; but re-focusing on the good things in our lives, such as cherished family and friends; and our good fortune in other areas of our lives, provides us with many healthful benefits.
